This was a 10th birthday present for my grandson who loves to draw houses. He was elated when he opened it. But it turns out that once the wall etc pieces are stuck onto paper, you can't remove them without the paper coming off as well. He still uses them, with the paper stuck on, but clearly, this is not how it should be.

This was purchased for myself and my boyfriend to design our floor plan for our off grid cabin. We have enjoyed using this to design our home. I recommend this to anyone interested in design. No matter the ages. Very good kit! Thanks

I bought this for my 11 year old grandson who wants to convince his parents to finish the basement as a game room. He was designing his ideas on regular paper, so when I saw this, I thought it would be perfect. I love to encourage my grandchildren to explore their creative ideas. This was ideal for him! He is very excited to start. This set comes with everything he needs, plus so much more, it is a great value, too!

I love the layout of the stickers. There very detailed and get the right idea down. Would have love it to be punch out hard plastic instead of the stickers but all and all its a 5 star product. Thank you

Even though I have just checked it out and not designed anything with it, as an interior designer for my Raptor Domes ™ Kits I know it will be very useful for me.

Love this planner. Even though this may be considered a toy we are planning a home addition and are using it to design our space prior to working with a professional architect. My kids have been watching over my shoulder and want a set of their own so we'll be order another one. My only complaint is that I wish more of the peices were labeled. It's a bit unclear what some of them are supposed to be.

We're finding this planner helpful for our new house build. The graph sheet is wide enough to fit your home 's foot print on it and the stickers have helped us with furniture layout. Some of the stickers have begun to lose their stickiness already, and some of the furniture does not fit the size of our personal furniture. Overall, it's been a great tool to bring "life" to our house-plan and illuminate possible errors in our design.

Lots of fun for an almost 11-year-old interested in interior design!

Bought this for myself to help plan a new house before building. Very handy tool. So much easier for me to create and change a floor plan with this than the online app I was using previously. Plenty of furniture pieces in various sizes.

I am an interior designer. It is so easy to use this planner to get my thoughts on the page before I begin to build the design on my computer. The price was fantastic, too. Thanks!

She likes, the slides in which the flat pieces fit, get sticky, then knocks everything over when trying to change the piece out. otherwise it's pretty good.

My granddaughter loves this planner. She is 11 and plans on being an architect one day.

Small detailed parts. Not practical for young children, or for anyone lacking fine motor skills.

My 11-year-old daughter really enjoys this toy. The pieces are easy to use, abundant, and logical. The way the planner is designed lets her be true-to-scale if she wants, but she can also enjoy just arranging the walls and furniture as they fit. Her one complaint is that all the walls are so long. The directions say to cut them as needed, but she doesn't want a bunch of cut-up walls when she goes to make another design. All in all, though, she really likes it, and I will probably order another

It isn't as kid friendly as I had hoped.

This is not a toy for a child but a design tool for arranging furniture or designing your kitchen or bath layout. It is "low-tech" but works perfectly. I am designing a kitchen remodel and used the wall stick ons after measuring the kitchen. Then I use the appliance/counter or cabinet stickers, arranging and re-arranging as ideas pop into my head.

Didn't give as planned. This appeared too complicated for planned recipient, an 8 yr old. It looks like this would be great for planning for myself. Found a more appropriate design set for her on this same site.

Christmas gift not yet opened or received by child

This product is definitely not meant for children and should clearly state that!
